1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 tsp. Brookshire’s Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup(s) Brookshire’s Dark Brown Sugar
1 Egg White
1 Asian pear, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Lay out puff pastry on parchment paper placed on baking sheet. Sprinkle half the brown sugar on puff pastry. Layer pears. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Fold outer edges of puff pastry. Brush egg white over the crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting and serving.
